Serves the needs of children, youth and adults with learning disabilities and related difficulties including attention deficits disorders. Services include:

Resource West
ארגון קהילתי ללא כוונת רווח זה, הידוע בעיקר בזכות הקמפיינים השנתיים שלו – "חזרה לבית הספר", "בגדים חמים לחורף" ו"ארגז הצעצועים" – מספק גם מעל 9,000 הפניות בשנה למקורות סיוע כגון מזווים, משאבי דיור, ארגונים ללא כוונת רווח אחרים, שירותים ממשלתיים, משאבים להורים קשישים, משאבי בריאות ועוד.
אנשים פרטיים ומשפחות יכולים לקבל תמיכה מותאמת אישית באמצעות תוכנית "פרויקט סטארפיש" של העמותה, מחשבים לחיפוש עבודה ודיור, שירותי ייעוץ "Relate", שירותי רפואת שיניים לילדים, "Accountability MN" (בעונת המס) לסיוע במילוי טפסי מס וסיוע נוסף, ועוד.
צוות ResourceWest והמתנדבים פועלים לקידום הקהילה באמצעות תהליך של הקשבה מכבדת לצורכי תושבי הקהילה במערב המטרופולין, דיווח על צרכים אלה, ולאחר מכן שיתוף פעולה עם גופים מקומיים כדי לתת מענה לצרכים אלה.

myHealth for Teens and Young Adults
myHealth for Teens and Young Adults is a non-profit community organization that provides free and low-cost counseling, education, and confidential medical services to teenagers and young adults ages 12-23. Project SOAR
Project SOAR Lending Resource Library: This library is loaded with disability-related resources for use by staff, parents, students and the general community. It is located at the SOAR office in the MCE suite at the DSC. Stop by and browse anytime. Items are signed out on an honor system. Items include specific disability info, IEP and Special Education resources, parenting info, transition info and resources, curriculum for inclusion and social skills development and para-educational materials.
