אודות חטיבת הביניים "מינטונקה איסט"
בית הספר התיכון "מינטונקה איסט" (MME) הוא בית ספר ציבורי מסביר פנים ומצטיין, המשרת תלמידים בכיתות ו'-ח'. משפחות נמשכות ל-MME בזכות הרמה האקדמית הגבוהה, המורים האכפתיים, קהילת בית הספר התומכת ומגוון ההזדמנויות הרחב המסייע לתלמידים לגלות את נקודות החוזק שלהם בשנות החטיבה החשובות הללו. התלמידים נהנים משיעורי ליבה מרתקים, מהזדמנויות ללמידה מתקדמת וממסלולי טבילה בשפה התומכים בצמיחה אקדמית. מעבר לכיתה, התלמידים יכולים לחקור תוכניות מוזיקה ואמנויות עטורות פרסים, ספורט, פעילויות והזדמנויות למנהיגות בתוך קהילת בית ספר המתמקדת בשייכות ורווחת התלמידים.
כחלק ממערכת החינוך הציבורית של מינטונקה, בית הספר MME מכין את התלמידים להצלחה בתיכון מינטונקה ובהמשך דרכם, על ידי סיוע בפיתוח ביטחון עצמי, סקרנות, עצמאות והבסיס האקדמי הדרוש להצלחה עתידית.

The projects are part of more than 80,000 square feet of new construction and over 30,000 square feet of renovation taking place across the school district, including gym and performance venues at both middle schools, new science classrooms, and improvements at six elementary schools and the high school.

The honor celebrates schools, teachers and community leaders for their strong efforts in supporting music education and integrating many diverse and advanced music classes into the school's core curriculum.
