ברוכים הבאים, תלמידים ומשפחות!

אנו מציעים לתלמידים מגוון רחב של פעילויות חוץ-לימודיות ופעילויות העשרה. הפעילויות הן עונתיות או מתמשכות לאורך כל שנת הלימודים. פעילויות הספורט העונתיות מתקיימות בדרך כלל לאחר שעות הלימודים, בימים שני עד שישי, למשך כשמונה שבועות. הפעילויות המתמשכות מתקיימות בדרך כלל פעם בשבוע, למשך מספר שבועות, חודשים או לאורך כל שנת הלימודים.

אנו מעודדים כל תלמיד להירשם לפחות לפעילות אחת מחוץ לתכנית הלימודים. פעילויות מחוץ לתכנית הלימודים הן דרך מצוינת לגלות דברים חדשים, לשפר כישורים שכבר יש לכם ולהכיר חברים חדשים.

• ההרשמה לפעילויות תיפתח במהלך שנת הלימודים – הפרטים יפורסמו בדף ההודעות לתלמידים ב-Schoology של MME.
• לכל פעילות יש קישור פעיל המכיל מידע נוסף והוראות להרשמה. בעמוד זה יש מידע רב. אנא הקפידו ללחוץ על הקישור של הפעילות אליה אתם נרשמים ולקרוא בעיון את המידע המופיע שם.
• אם יש לכם שאלות ספציפיות לגבי פעילות כלשהי, אנא שלחו דוא"ל למאמן/ליועץ כדי לקבל תשובות לשאלותיכם, והם ישיבו לכם בהקדם האפשרי

כיצד להירשם

We are excited to announce that we are upgrading our athletics and activities management platform to Bound Registration —a modern, all-in-one digital platform for student registration, scheduling, and ticketing. Moving forward, all activity and athletic registrations will take place through Bound. To get our school community ready, all families must complete the steps below to set up their new "Bound Family Account."

Step 1: Create Your Bound Family Account (all families must do this) 

• Creating Your Bound Account . During this quick setup, you will add your children to your profile and link them using their Minnetonka Student ID.

Note: You must have your student(s) ID.  Please ensure you use your child's official student ID to ensure accurate roster and school syncing.

Step 2: Upload Your Student's Physical 

Upload Your Students Physical:  Per MSHSL rules, sports physicals are valid for three years. If your child’s physical expires at any point during the upcoming fall season, they will need a new one to participate.

• The Big Change: You no longer need to email physical forms! You will now upload them directly via the Bound website or mobile app.
• Existing Physicals: If your child has a currently valid physical on file, it will automatically appear in their Bound profile once your account is set up.
• Review Upload Your Students Physical for step-by-step instructions on how to upload a physical.

Step 3: Download the Bound App

Get connected on the go! Download the Bound app to your mobile device using Download the Bound App. Moving forward, you will use this app (or website version) for all future registrations, ticket purchases, and live schedule checks.

Activities and Athletics Registration

יש צורך בבדיקות רפואיות לספורטאים – האם ידעתם?

• על מנת להירשם לפעילויות הספורט ב-MMW, עליך להגיש אישור רפואי המעיד על כשירותך לעסוק בספורט.
• Physicals expire 3 years after the exam date.
• The physical needs to be valid through the entirety of the registered sport season
• דו"ח חיסונים אינו מהווה אישור מהרופא שלכם להשתתפות התלמיד בפעילות ספורטיבית. בית הספר זקוק לאישור ספציפי להשתתפות בפעילות ספורטיבית.
• מתוך הוגנות כלפי כל המשתתפים, איננו שומרים מקומות אם הדרישות הפיזיות אינן מתקיימות בעת ההרשמה לענפי ספורט שבהם יש מגבלה על מספר המשתתפים.
• Physicals need to be uploaded to Bound - DO NOT email or fax, they will not be processed. Here is a quick guide on how to upload a physical.
