Brittany Bell serves as the K-5 Explorers Program Manager for Minnetonka Community Education, providing leadership in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of programming across six elementary school sites. She is passionate about creating high-quality childcare experiences and maintaining strong standards of care, safety, and enrichment for all students enrolled in Explorers.

Prior to becoming Program Manager, Brittany held several roles within Minnetonka Explorers, including Site Supervisor at Clear Springs Elementary, and Explorers Behavior Specialist. After having her first child, she returned to school to earn her teaching license and taught in Wayzata Public Schools before returning to Community Education.

Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from South Dakota State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Concordia University, St. Paul. She also holds her Certified Program Planner (CPP) certification.

Brittany lives in Eden Prairie with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring local parks and trails, and listening to podcasts.
